The British Museum Art Insight Clore Education Centre Thursday 18 February and Friday 19 February 2016 The British Museum will be hosting their sixth Art Insight on Thursday 18 February and Friday 19 February 2016. GCSE or A-Level Art & Design students are invited to use the opportunity to explore and research themes and ideas using the British Museum’s collection and the guidance of our artist educators. Gallery workshops, tutorials and communal artwork will help to generate ideas and support excellent sketchbook practice. Students will use skills to recognise and develop an understanding of the links between contemporary art practice and the context of the Museum. Please encourage students to take this chance to experiment with materials and practise lateral and creative thinking.
