Art in Y11

 

Students in Y11 are expected to continue refining their skills and building on their coursework. They will also begin preparation for the final exam, which is always held in April, several days before standard paper exams begin. 

 

A lot of their work will continue to have clear inspiration from artists however more freedom to create ideas alone will be a part of entering the second year of the course. 

 

School life in general will become busier and more intense therefore the girls are expected to maintain/improve their organisation skills to ensure they complete work on time and are not left with unfinished coursework as the countdown to exams begin.
